Olivier is a senior policy officer within the AMF’s Innovation and Digital Finance division, forming part of the Department of Policy and International Affairs. Olivier started his career at PwC in London providing audit and assurance services to banks and capital market clients, after which he joined the FCA in the infrastructure and trading firms supervision department. He then pursued this role in a similar function as a supervisor at the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s FSRA in the Middle East, focusing on the supervision of virtual asset MTFs, custodians and exchanges. Olivier currently contributes to the AMF’s policy work within the Division of Innovation and Digital Finance by focusing on the implementation of the regulation of digital and crypto asset activities in France and the EU, and on emerging issues such as Decentralised Finance (DeFi) and artificial intelligence (AI). Olivier also represents the AMF on IOSCO’s Fintech Task Force and has participated in various working groups on these subjects.
