Dr. Chowdhury is a pioneer of applied algorithmic ethics. She is currently the US Science Envoy for Artificial Intelligence, as well as the CEO and founder of the tech nonprofit Humane Intelligence. She is also a Responsible AI Fellow at the Harvard Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. She has been honored as one of BBC's 100 Women, as one of the Time Magazine 100 in AI, and Forbes 5 who are shaping AI.
