Pauline's work extends from authoring chapters in books, articles and whitepapers on FinTech, RegTech, Sustainability and Innovation, to leading ventures like the FinTech Control Tower. This passion for dynamism and the digital frontier has taken her from Boston Consulting Group to an active contributor with the likes of Womens World Banking, Financia, Singapore FinTech Festival, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Pauline's true north is her commitment to people and sustainability. She is a champion of building diverse, inclusive teams and developing top talent into leaders.

A mother of 3 and a passionate mountaineer from Chamonix, Pauline is committed to sustainability, financial inclusion and innovation through various Advisory Board roles.

After an accident in 2023 where she had a 20% chance of survival and spending over 3 months in hospital, Pauline has a long road to recovery still, but she is now very intentional in every aspect of her life by contributing to the global efforts to address climate change.
