Kelly Richdale is an independent Board Director (NED) & Advisor focussing on innovative technologies (AI, quantum and blockchain) and cybersecurity. She is Senior Advisor for SandboxAQ, Alphabet's spin off combining AI + Quantum tech to solve hard problems impacting society. She is a Quantum Fellow at the World Economic Forum, working with governments, policy makers and C-Suite on new technology adoption. Additionally she is a Venture Partner at Amadeus Capital Partners, the European technology investor, where she advises on investment opportunities and supports deeptech portfolio companies. Kelly also serves as a board member of a large Swiss insurance company.
Previously she was on the Innovation Council for Innosuisse, the Swiss federal government's agency for technology innovation, as well as on the Swiss executive team for Libra, Meta’s blockchain-based cryptocurrency project.
Her extensive track record includes strategic leadership, entrepreneurship and building high growth international businesses. She is passionate about social impact and women in STEM, and holds advisory roles in academia. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a CISSP in Cybersecurity.
