With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Emily has held various leadership roles at prestigious organizations, including HSBC and J.P. Morgan. At HSBC, Emily led FX Marketing, driving market-leading campaigns before transitioning to a product role where she spearheaded the commercialization efforts for the global FX Product team.

In 2019, Emily joined J.P. Morgan’s EMEA FX product team, where she led commercialization and orchestrated highly successful FX sales campaigns, achieving record-breaking results. She developed innovative approaches by leveraging new data tools and pioneering marketing strategies.

Emily later became the Head of UK Payment Sales – Specialty Finance, Loan Agency & Card Schemes at J.P. Morgan. In this role, she managed some of the firm’s largest clients and played a key role in defining and executing strategies that significantly increased market penetration. Her successful track record and public profile eventually led to an invitation from StoneX to become their EMEA Head of Financial Institution Sales. In this capacity, she leads the team, defines strategy, and drives growth in cross-border payments for financial institutions. Emily’s passion for payments into emerging markets has made her a thought leader, with contributions featured in The Payments Association and Finextra.

Beyond her professional achievements, Emily is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Over five years, she co-led and contributed to J.P. Morgan EMEA Payments’ Women's Network Committee, demonstrating her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. As the EMEA Regional Chair for the Women in Payments global program at J.P. Morgan, Emily earned industry recognition with the Women in Fintech Rising Star Award. She was also featured on the InnovateFinance Powerlist in 2022 and 2023 and the Standout45 list. Recently, Emily was appointed the EMEA Regional Chair for the BAFT Women in Transaction Banking Association.
