Michael Gloor is passionate about applying his risk knowledge on climate change, natural hazards, sustainability, and supply chains to help companies improve their resilience and sustainability in today's challenging and interconnected world. He draws his experience from his current work as the CEO and Co-Founder of the climate risk start-up Correntics, his experience as a natural-catastrophe specialist and Climate Change Lead at the global reinsurer Swiss Re, and his work in the aerospace industry in Switzerland and the US. He holds a PhD and MSc in Computational Science from ETH Zurich and has worked as a visiting researcher at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California.
