Paula's career includes significant roles within the Venture Capital teams at Plug and Play and Techstars, where she focused on Fintech, Web3, and Sustainable Smart Cities. As a specialist in Corporate and Open Innovation, Paula has successfully led numerous accelerator programs, bridging the gap between startups and corporations to address complex innovation challenges focusing on nature, climate, and sustainability strategies.
