Head of Sustainability & Advocacy, 3Bee

Head of Sustainability & Advocacy at 3Bee, the European Nature-Tech company that develops technologies for monitoring and regenerating biodiversity.

I'm one of the 24 founding members of The Sustainability Circle, the exclusive network for sustainability leaders to level-up their leadership impact alongside trusted peers. I'm part of the Enactus Italy Board, the international non-profit organization that works with leaders in business and higher education to mobilize university students to make a real difference in their communities. I'm part of the Technical Committee 3.4 "Environmental Impact of Road and Transport Infrastructure" of PIARC (World Road Association).

Graduated in Innovation Management at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, I began my professional career in consultancy where I developed my analytical skills on industrial plans and process reengineering in the Healthcare and Pharma sector.

Before joining 3Bee, I launched and managed a new startup accelerator, Step tech park, focused on innovative green-tech solutions for decarbonization. There he worked for many companies such as FENDI, Fater, Roche Italia, designing and implementing Green Open Innovation projects.

At 3Bee, I manage the team that deals with education and dissemination projects aimed at companies, employees and schools. I deal with new European laws and directives related to sustainability and biodiversity, such as the Nature Restoration Act, CSRD, CSDDD and ESRS standards. I manage the CSR Network, a community of 100 sustainability managers that supports its members with continuous updating and training through webinars and events.

I have participated as a speaker in numerous public and private events to raise awareness about biodiversity, climate change and sustainable innovation trends, such as the Green&Blue Festival, the Value Exchange Forum and the Tagetik InTouch Global User Conference.

I'm the host in Biodiverso Podcast, the first 3Bee podcast show that talks about biodiversity with a scientific approach. You can listen to it on Spotify and Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT8sGs1qWX8
